The default currency is US Dollars. Once you change this it will be
maintained in future visits to our site. Please do not change currency in
the middle of an order.
Use the links on the left of the page to browse through our jewelry items
by category. The different sizes available for each item are shown. Enter
the quantity you want for each size and press 'Add to Cart' just once per
page. You can even go straight to another page, this will adjust the order
if you have made any changes to the quantities or colors on the page. When
finished proceed to 'See Order - Make Payment'. You can also make changes
to your order here. Then decide which payment option suits your needs - we
prefer PayPal.

What happens if my order is not in stock?
If your order is not in stock and you gave us your credit card details, we
will not process your card. We will first contact and offer you similar
substitutes. If you agree to it then we will process your card and send
your order out. If you have ordered over 50 pieces of each design, we
prefer to make your exact order. Normally, it takes about 2-4 weeks to
manufacture an order that is not in stock.
If your order is in stock, we can arrange shipment immediately after
receipt of payment. If you gave us your credit card details, this means
your order will be processed in a few days. Please allow 5 days for
shipment to reach you from the date we send it.

Surgical grade steel
We import the stainless steel (316L grade) used in body piercing jewelry
from the UK. The base component is engineered in England but the polishing
and stone setting is done in our factory in Bangkok, Thailand. This way
our customers get a superior engineered product hand finished to a high
standard at competitive costs.
Sterling Silver
All our Sterling Silver jewelry is minimum 92.5% silver and carries the
'925' hallmark. We have a very strict quality control that ensures that
every piece is checked to meet and pass a high standard so that you the
customer is 100% satisfied.

is hallmark as '925' and is in fact higher that the 92.5% required for
Sterling Silver. All our Body Piercing is made from 316L grade surgical
steel or Titanium Grade 5.
However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied and
if you are a retail customer we will be happy to replace it give you a
full credit, provided it is returned to us within 30 days for retail

If you are ordering wholesale, we presume that you are a professional
buyer. If you are not a professional buyer with experience in buying
wholesale, then this site may not be for you. As a professional buyer you
are expected to know about quality, designs and business rules & ethics.
For instance if you are unsure about our quality, you should ask for
samples. We will of course make refunds for damaged stock but as a general
rule we do not make refunds on commercial reasons whatsoever i.e., you
choose the wrong designs. Special Orders are charged
30% deposit (NON REFUNDABLE). We will start processing your order
once this deposit is received.
